5 NoCode Tools B2B SaaS Companies Need To Be Using
Are you automating manual marketing functions? If not, then read this article. Here are 5 no-code tools you can use to drastically improve your team's efficiency.
Many of you may scoff when I throw out such a simple tool.
“But, Ian, it’s just Google Sheets - why do I need to use it?”
Wrong…
It’s fronted looks like Google Sheets - but it’s backend is a seriously powerful database.
We use Airtable to massively scale our B2B SaaS startup’s CMS collections on Webflow.
I have talked about this a lot in the past so you can check out our other blogs walking you through the process.
But this database tool is so much more. It can be used to create dashboards, make compelling calculations, and provide the framework for developing an internal or external app.
Pretty cool. I would advise starting to learn it - or work with someone who knows it well ;)
Essentially Whalesync is how we massively scale our pages for our clients.
We are talking about creating 1000 pages for clients in a single day.
And all of these pages start to rank for keywords that are relevant towards their business.
If you’re doing the math, you can easily generate 10 more leads each month if each of those pages just drove 1 more click to your 1% conversion rate website page.
In a similar vane as above, Zapier helps you automate all of your marketing efforts.
One great way we use Zapier is to link our webflow forms hosted on our site to sync with our Hubspot CRM.
It is super simple to setup and basically allows us to stay lean on squeeze pages for clients and avoid slower website speeds with clunky hubspot forms.
Another way we use Zapier is to setup offline conversion syncs between Google Ads and Hubspot.
This process is relatively simple when using Zapier and helps automate what used to take 10 or so minutes into literally no time at all.
And those are just a drop in the bucket when it comes to Zapier’s functionality. We honestly aren’t even using Zapier to it’s full potential.
Check it out - or find someone that really knows it like our friends at 9x. (P.S. they are based in Berlin but are super friendly).
We use these tools pretty frequently because they are the cutting edge of technology and they help us create marketing collateral and PSEO pages faster than ever before.
We have talked about creating PSEO pages fast. The reason we are able to do this is because we use Webflow, Airtable, ChatGPT and Whalesync to massively increase the creation speed for those pages.
It’s freaking crazy that you can ask AI literally anything and it will spit out a response that we have found to be at least 90% accurate.
So instead of writing pages of content - we can ask AI to write about 90% of it and we just need to add the last 10%.
So we are reallocating the very time consuming 90% of the time we usually would spend writing with optimizing your campaigns and building out new nurture flows for your B2B SaaS company.
Pretty cool.
And that’s pretty much it. There are a ton more NoCode tools out there that we will plug in future blog posts - but we hope you found this insightful enough to go out and start learning them/ work with a company that truly cares about making processes more efficient.
hint, hint - that’s us ;)
Until next time…
To your success,
